Will I be notified about the status of the 1099/W-2 filing?

Yes, when you e-file Form 1099/W-2 through Tax File App, you will receive the status of your filing to the email address associated with your Tax File App account.

You can also check the status of your W2/1099 filing in Tax File App . Click 1099/W-2 from the dashboard and choose the Business Name & Tax Year.

Click the Transmitted Forms tab, and you can view the Federal E-File and State E-File status.
