Before transmitting the 1099/W-2 forms to IRS/SSA, you can download the draft forms as PDF or CSV as required. Note: You can use the downloaded draft CSV file to make any bulk corrections as required and upload them through Bulk Upload.
Sometimes it may take longer than usual to generate draft copies. You can either wait until the status changes to "Ready For Download" or click Refresh to get the updated status. You will also receive an email once the draft copy is ready for download. Note that the draft copy link will be available for 7 days only.
