Once the W-2c is transmitted to the SSA, you can access the form copies from the Distribution Center. The recipient, payer, state, and summary copies of the form will be available.
Follow the steps below to access copies of W-2c:
- Sign in to your Tax File App account.
- Navigate to the 'Print Forms' tab from the Dashboard.
- Select the payer whose forms you want to print, then click the corresponding button to download the respective copy type – Payer, State, and Recipient.
- You can download specific copies for each form type or use the bulk options to download multiple form types at once by clicking the 'Print Forms' button and selecting the bulk print option of the required copy type.
- To download copies for single recipient, click 'View Forms' and download the necessary copies.
