Is fixing state alerts mandatory?

Based on the payer/Recipient's address, TaxFileApp will recommend you file with the states that have state filing requirements. However, it’s your choice to either fix the state alert or skip State alerts and continue to file the 1099 Form with errors.

If you're looking to fix the state alert in 1099 Forms, click here.
